Job Summary
To support a growing claims team, the fully remote California Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will manage complex workers' compensation claims, ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims
- Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active California Adjusters' license required; SIP optional
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
