Job Summary

To support claims management, the fully remote California Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze and resolve complex workers' compensation claims, ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities:
  • Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
  • Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication
  • Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
  • Active California Adjusters' license required; SIP optional
  • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
  • Computer experience with related claims and business software
