Experienced in workers' compensation claims, the fully remote California Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will manage complex claims, ensure effective communication with stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate communication and resolution

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active California Adjusters' license required
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
