To support the claims management process, the fully remote California Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will apply their expertise in workers' compensation to analyze claims, interact with involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and resolve claims effectively
  • Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication throughout the claims process
  • Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years related claims experience in workers' compensation
  • Active California Adjusters' license required; SIP optional
  • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
  • Computer experience with related claims and business software
