Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
- Communicate extensively with all parties involved in the claims process to ensure timely resolutions
- Document claim activity and ensure compliance with clients' and corporate policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active California Adjusters' license required; SIP optional
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with claims and business software
