Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Examiner - Workers Compensation (California).

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and settle advanced, large-loss, and complex claims promptly and equitably
  • Manage all aspects of investigative activity on complex claims and direct litigation strategy
  • Analyze claims activity and prepare reports for clients, carriers, and management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 4-8 years of technical claims investigations/settling experience in Claims or a similar organization
  • Workers Compensation (WC) Adjuster License required according to jurisdictional requirements
  • Industry Designations preferred: IIA, AIC, AEI, and/or CPCU
  • Ability to work independently while assimilating various technical subjects
