Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Liability Claims Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mid to complex Auto and General Liability claims, including bodily injury and property damage
• Investigate claims, determine validity, and establish reserves while authorizing payments within limits
• Communicate claim status with customers, claimants, and clients, and collaborate on complex claims as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Five or more years of experience handling General Liability claims, including high exposure and litigated claims
• Two or more years of experience handling Auto Liability claims
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
• Current Adjuster's License in the state of operation is required; multi-state license is preferred
• Municipality experience is a plus
