California Licensed Senior Claims Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CA Senior Liability Claims Specialist to manage mid to complex Auto and General Liability claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Receives claims, confirms policy coverage, and acknowledges the claim
• Investigates claims, establishes reserves, and authorizes payments within limits
• Communicates claim status with customers, claimants, and clients, and collaborates on complex claims

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience handling General Liability claims, including litigated claims
• Two or more years of experience handling Auto Liability claims
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
• Current Adjuster's License in the state of operation is required
• Multi-State license is preferred; municipality experience is a plus
