Job Summary
Managing the new business and renewal process for assigned accounts, the full-time salaried California Licensed Senior Client Manager will advise clients on insurance coverages, maintain relationships with carriers, and oversee account management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the new business and renewal process for assigned accounts, advising clients on appropriate insurance coverages and risk management strategies
- Develop marketing strategies and collaborate with underwriters to negotiate coverage terms and pricing for new and renewal business applications
- Support and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment while overseeing the development and retention of client accounts
Required qualifications
- Current California Insurance License
- 5+ years of Client Management experience within the insurance industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business technology applications
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and risk management principles
