Job Summary

Working remotely from San Diego, California, the full-time salaried California Licensed Senior Clinical Research Associate will manage clinical trial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and overseeing site performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements
• Conduct site initiation, monitoring visits, and close-out visits, providing guidance and support to site staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and project execution

Required qualifications

• Current California RN or Clinical Research Associate license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research or related field
• Proven knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements
• Experience with electronic data capture systems and clinical trial management software
• Ability to travel to clinical sites as needed
