Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of 20+ patients and provide structured supervision to mid-tier supervisors
Develop and maintain treatment plans while ensuring adherence to treatment protocols
Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance preferred
Must pass tuberculosis test
