Job Summary
Providing comprehensive oversight to a high-volume caseload, the full-time California Licensed Senior Clinical Supervisor will manage treatment plans, mentor mid-tier clinical staff, and ensure the delivery of evidence-based behavior analytic services in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and manage a caseload of 20 or more patients while overseeing treatment plan development and implementation
- Provide structured supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Associate and Assistant Supervisors supporting the caseload
- Analyze patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on data to ensure optimal outcomes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Must pass tuberculosis test
