A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Commercial Counsel and Contract Nerds Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary personality for Contract Nerds, hosting webinars and community events
• Curate and coordinate monthly accredited CLE webinars, including sourcing speakers and developing content
• Collaborate with teams to enhance the contracting process and drive deal velocity aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a commercial attorney, primarily in-house
• Experience in partnering closely with legal professionals and community building
• Dynamic public speaking skills and ability to engage audiences
• Understanding of AI-powered legal technology and its applications
• Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, LinkedIn, and Google Suite
