California Licensed Senior Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain organizational systems for commercial and project finance documentation
• Oversee the lifecycle of NDAs and commercial agreements, managing closing mechanics and obligations
• Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to manage contract documentation and governance relationships

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in a commercial, finance, or corporate contract management role
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; experience in both law firm and in-house roles is a plus
• Active notary public commission is highly preferred
• Extensive experience with contract management software and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience managing projects across teams and meeting strict deadlines
