California Licensed Senior Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Controller to join their Internal Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including invoicing, payroll, financial analysis, and reporting
• Supervise, coach, and develop the internal finance team while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements
• Facilitate meetings and manage monthly and yearly financial closes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive relevant experience, with at least 8 years at a Controller level
• 5+ years of experience in supervising and managing teams
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Advanced degree in accounting, CPA, or CMA preferred
