Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate law, privacy, governance, regulatory compliance, reinsurance, and contracts
• Ensure compliance with federal and state insurance laws and regulations
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and manage legal risks through policy implementation

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, preferably California
• 15-20 years of legal experience, ideally in insurance law or corporate governance
• Strong understanding of personal auto insurance products and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with privacy law and corporate governance policies
