Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage high-exposure litigation cases, develop compelling case themes, and provide leadership to junior attorneys, with flexible work arrangements available.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Develop a case theme that counters plaintiff strategies effectively
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active California bar license
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
