Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SEC filings and ensure compliance with federal and state securities laws
• Lead corporate governance matters and assist in corporate transactions, including M&A
• Develop and implement company processes and participate in cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from a nationally-accredited law school and a state bar license
• 10+ years of experience as a corporate attorney, with both law firm and in-house experience
• Experience in securities matters and public company corporate governance
• Employment law experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work culture
