A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to manage high-stakes litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and handle all aspects of litigation independently
• Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the State of California
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in deposition and trial preparation
• Experience in managing full case handling responsibilities
• Preferred experience in insurance defense matters
