Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Healthcare Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor for multi-state clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations
• Lead medical malpractice litigation and manage regulatory inquiries from governmental bodies
• Oversee compliance of MSO structures and provider agreements, including legal review of marketing claims and consumer materials

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing in at least one U.S. state
• 8+ years of legal experience focused on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters
• Deep knowledge of multi-state healthcare operations and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing medical malpractice defense and regulatory investigations
