Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel (Landlord/Tenant).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances and trials
• Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the State of California
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation and case management
• Experience in insurance defense matters is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
