Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel (Part-time) to manage complex litigation cases in Northern California.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and oversight for complex insurance defense and civil litigation matters
• Collaborate with attorneys and mentor junior litigators
• Oversee case development from inception to resolution, including trial preparation

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Must be licensed in the State of California
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense or complex civil litigation
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
