Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff tactics
Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials

Required Qualifications

JD from an ABA approved school
Active bar license in the State of California
8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in deposition and trial preparation
Experience with full case handling responsibilities and insurance defense matters preferred
Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
