Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel specializing in Lemon Law Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Cultivate relationships with clients and provide leadership to less experienced attorneys
• Collaborate with team members at all levels and maintain routine communications with clients

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active license in the State of California
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience with a focus on Lemon Law defense matters
• 2+ years of experience in CRLA, tenant advocacy, or housing litigation
• Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
