Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel specializing in Lemon Law Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials independently
• Communicate regularly with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working collaboratively within a team

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Must be licensed in the State of California
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including 5+ years in Lemon Law defense matters
• 2+ years of experience in CRLA, tenant advocacy, or housing litigation
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial preparation
