Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling case themes and independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
Work collaboratively with team members and maintain routine communications with clients
Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA approved school
Active bar license in the State of California
8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in litigation support and trial preparation
Experience in managing full case handling responsibilities
Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
