Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to manage high-stakes litigation and provide leadership in legal defense strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Lead and mentor less experienced attorneys while cultivating client relationships
• Work collaboratively with team members at all experience levels

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved school
• Active bar license in the State of California
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in litigation support and trial preparation
• Experience in managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
• Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
