Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex trials and represent clients in high-exposure insurance defense cases
• Develop and execute case strategies, including risk assessment and trial preparation
• Oversee all stages of litigation and serve as lead counsel in trials and mediations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California and eligibility for federal courts
• 8+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation with a focus on complex trials
• Demonstrated success as lead trial counsel in high-stakes cases
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, tort law, and trial strategies
