Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of healthcare-related agreements
• Partner with stakeholders to structure complex arrangements and identify legal issues
• Develop templates and improve contracting workflows for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license
• 6+ years of managed care and healthcare contracting experience in California
• Strong experience negotiating managed care and provider agreements
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume contracting environments
