Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex trials representing clients in high-exposure insurance defense cases
• Develop and execute case strategies, including risk assessment and trial preparation
• Oversee all stages of litigation and serve as lead counsel in trials and mediations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California with eligibility for federal courts
• 8+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation focused on complex trial work
• Demonstrated success as lead trial counsel in high-stakes cases
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, tort law, and insurance law
