California Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to manage litigation and lead high-exposure cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working collaboratively with the team

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved school
• Active bar license in the State of California
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in litigation support and trial preparation
• Experience in managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
• Preferred experience in insurance defense matters
