Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal counsel for the marketing organization
• Advise on advertising, consumer protection, and marketing-related regulatory issues
• Review and approve marketing claims and campaign materials while developing scalable legal strategies

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and California license to practice law
• 10+ years of experience in in-house and technology-focused law firm roles
• Strong understanding of advertising and consumer protection laws
• Ability to develop systems for scaling legal solutions
• Experience building cross-functional relationships with marketing and creative teams
