Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, the remote full-time position will manage high-exposure cases, develop compelling case themes, and lead litigation efforts while mentoring junior attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Develop case themes that effectively counter plaintiff strategies
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active California bar license
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
