California Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage litigation cases, including court appearances and trials, while cultivating client relationships and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions and trials
• Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved law school
• Active bar license in the State of California
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
• Experience in managing full case handling responsibilities
• Preferred experience in insurance defense matters
