Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while leading litigation teams and cultivating client relationships, with flexible work arrangements available.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff arguments effectively
• Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances and trial preparation
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys while maintaining routine client communications

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved school
• Active bar license in the State of California
• 8+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on trial preparation and insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
• Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
