California Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time remote position will independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while developing compelling case themes and leading litigation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counteract plaintiff strategies
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active California bar license
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proficient in managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
• Experience with time management systems and MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
