Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while leading litigation teams and cultivating client relationships, with flexible work options available.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys within the firm

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved school
• Active bar license in the State of California
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
