Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, the remote full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while developing compelling case themes and providing leadership to junior attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Develop a compelling case theme to counter plaintiff strategies
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved school
• Active bar license in California
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
• Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities independently
