Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing compelling case themes and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Develop a case theme that effectively counters plaintiff strategies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in California
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proficiency in managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
• Experience with time management systems and MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
