Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while developing compelling case themes and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop a compelling case theme to counter plaintiff strategies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active bar license in the State of California
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proficiency in managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
- Experience with time management systems and MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
