Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel for a full-time remote position, the attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing compelling case themes and providing leadership to junior attorneys.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop a compelling case theme that counters plaintiff strategies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active bar license in California
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
- Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
- Ability to manage full case responsibilities, including discovery and trial
