Job Summary
Providing legal expertise on complex employment law issues, the full-time California Licensed Senior Counsel will advise KP leadership, collaborate on cross-functional legal matters, and manage legal risks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and review complex legal documents, providing expert guidance to clients and legal professionals
- Conduct and manage legal research, synthesizing findings to inform business strategy and decisions
- Formulate legal strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to address complex legal issues and regulatory risks
Required qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in employment, labor, or employee benefits law
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience as a practicing lawyer
- Juris Doctorate (JD) or equivalent degree
- State Bar License from any state where KP operates
