Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while leading litigation teams and cultivating client relationships in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including trials and discovery
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys and team members
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active California bar license
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
