Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage high-stakes litigation cases, develop compelling case themes, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while working in a flexible environment that supports office, hybrid, or remote arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop a compelling case theme to counter plaintiff strategies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active bar license in the State of California
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
- Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
