Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes and cultivate client relationships
- Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active California Bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in landlord-tenant and habitability matters
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
