Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved school
- Active California bar license
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proficiency in managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial preparation
- Experience with time management systems and MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
