California Licensed Senior Counsel
Job Summary
Experienced litigators will find a full-time opportunity as a California Licensed Senior Counsel, responsible for independently managing cases, developing trial strategies, and cultivating client relationships while working in a hybrid environment based out of the Novato office.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes and manage client communications
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active California Bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including trial preparation
- Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
- Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
