Job Summary
To support a growing practice in landlord tenant and habitability litigation, the full-time California Licensed Senior Counsel will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while cultivating client relationships and providing leadership to less experienced attorneys in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active California Bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in habitability and landlord tenant disputes
- Experience managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
