Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while cultivating client relationships and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes that counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation
- Lead and mentor less experienced attorneys while maintaining routine client communications
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active California bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
- Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
