Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Innovation and Incubation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and refine the innovation and incubation program and services
• Incubate new initiatives and ensure their integration into the organization
• Expand external partnerships and identify funding opportunities for new initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7+) years of management experience with strong program and team management skills
• Minimum of five (5+) years overseeing large-scale complex projects or program portfolios
• Expertise in innovation and incubation strategies, including design thinking and agile methods
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills for developing scalable innovation frameworks
• Proven ability to develop partnerships with funders and higher education leaders
